Welcome to Villa Levissa, a beautiful and inviting Kontio log home completed in autumn 2024. This high-quality holiday villa blends traditional Finnish log construction with modern comfort, offering the perfect setting for both relaxation and active holidays in the heart of Levi.
This three-level home features five bedrooms, a loft, and accommodation for up to 11 guests. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, Villa Levissa offers generous space and privacy for a memorable stay. Please note: the villa is not rented to party groups or for event use.
Upstairs, you’ll find most of the bedrooms, along with a separate toilet and shower. The lower floor includes a second bathroom, private sauna, and laundry facilities — ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The loft adds flexibility and is a great space for older children or those looking for a quiet corner.
At the heart of the home is a bright and open living space, where you can unwind and enjoy the views through the large windows. On clear nights, you may even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights from the comfort of the indoors.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and dining, with a large table perfect for shared meals. The villa is located in a peaceful setting near the Gondola area, with ski trails, snowmobile routes, and hiking paths just moments away. Levi’s restaurants, shops, and services are also within easy reach.
