The villa is ideally located in the Kätkä area, close to the center of Levi, which is only about 700m away from the villa.
This high-quality semi-detached house, built from massive logs and accommodating 6+2 people (with 2 storages between the apartments) is perfect for your Lapland holiday. The villa features three separate bedrooms, a ground floor, a middle floor, an upper floor, two toilets, one balcony, and a garage/ski maintenance room.
UPPER FLOOR:
Lounge, two bedrooms, and a sofa bed
MIDDLE FLOOR:
Living room, kitchen, WC, entrance hall, balcony, bedroom with an ensuite bathroom including a whirlpool bath and a shower, air source heat pump in the living room/kitchen
GROUND FLOOR:
Dressing room with access to the outdoors, sauna area with a spacious utility room, garage, and WC
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Four separate 80cm beds, one 160cm double bed, and a high-quality 150cm sofa bed for two

Kitchen: Complete Iittala tableware for 12 people, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, electric mixer
Entertainment: 46” Smart TV in the living room, 42″ TV in the middle floor bedroom, wireless wifi.
Household: Washing machine, drying cabinet, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board, vacuum cleaner
Sauna area: Sauna for 5-6 people with a glass wall, two showers in the bathroom
Children’s equipment: Travel cot, high chair, potty
Other: Firewood, shared outdoor hut, two heating outlets for cars
You can enjoy the shared outdoor hut with the neighbor. Additionally, there is a garage of about 20m² in the villa. In the garage, there are 2 x Tunturi electric fat bikes available for rent. Price: 60€/bike per day or 250€/bike per week. You can inquire about bike rentals from our customer service: info@hillavillas.com.
