From the villa’s terrace, you can admire the rugged landscapes of Levi, the enchanting changing seasons, and the Northern Lights. The villa boasts large windows that flood the interior with natural light, beautifully highlighting the quality materials used in the decor.
This luxurious villa provides excellent accommodations for an active family or a group of friends. There are two entrances to the villa. The spacious main entrance offers plenty of storage space and allows smooth transitions from one activity to the next. The second entrance leads directly to the utility room.
The heart of the villa is the expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen on the main floor, where guests can spend cozy moments together by the fireplace or enjoy a delicious dinner prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The stylish sauna area is also located on the main floor. The upper floor offers a private sanctuary with a stunning bedroom and its own bathroom.
One of the ski lifts of Levi Ski Resort is located in Utsuvaara. The villa is also just about 8 km from the center of Levi, allowing you to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of Lapland while still being close to services.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this villa, and it is a non-smoking property. The floor plan is illustrative.
