Villa Artic is ideal for families and groups of friends, accommodating up to ten guests comfortably. Four bedrooms across two floors provide flexibility and privacy, while the spacious living area serves as the heart of the villa – perfect for spending time together and enjoying a relaxed holiday atmosphere. A travel cot and safety gate are also available for families with children.

Sauna and outdoor hot tub
After a day outdoors, unwind in the private electric sauna and finish the evening in the outdoor hot tub under the open sky. In winter, you may see the northern lights above you, while in summer the midnight sun creates a unique atmosphere.
Fully equipped kitchen and comforts
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking and shared meals, with tableware for ten and appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and freezer. A toaster, kettle, and drip coffee maker are also provided.
The villa features three toilets, one bathroom, and laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. For entertainment, there is a smart TV and a Sonos sound system with Wi-Fi.
Great location near Levi
Located in a quiet area in Sirkka, Villa Artic is still close to Levi’s services. Skiing and snowmobile routes are nearby, the nearest store is about 1 km away, the bus stop is within walking distance, and Levi Center is only 1.2 km away – making a car optional.
The area offers year-round activities, from skiing and northern lights in winter to hiking and cycling in summer.
Parking and EV charging
There is parking for up to five cars, both covered and open, along with a car heating outlet and free Type 2 EV charging.
