Levi West Chalet B is a modern and stylish holiday villa completed in 2023, combining Scandinavian design with the unique beauty of Lapland’s nature. This carefully designed villa offers the perfect setting for both relaxation and active holidays.

The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 157 m², spread over three floors. Each bedroom features high-quality beds to ensure restful sleep. All beds can be separated into single beds if needed. The spacious living area and kitchen feature large windows with beautiful scenic views. The villa is furnished with high-quality Italian full wood Selva furniture. There is a large dining table for 6, and by rotating the table and adding extra chairs, all 8 guests can dine together. The villa also includes a high chair and a separate safety gate for the lower floor staircase. There are two separate toilets, one on the lower floor and one on the middle floor. A hobby room with its own entrance is located on the lower floor.

West Chalet B is ideally located, close to the Gondola/World Cup and the new West lift station. The villa’s yard provides direct access to Levi’s well-maintained and extensive cross-country ski trail network, offering excellent skiing opportunities. Nearby, there are also snowmobile trails, perfect for group safaris.

Relaxing Sauna with Scenic Window:

The spacious sauna (6-7 people) features a ready-to-use stove for soft heat. A large, panoramic window in the sauna allows you to admire the vibrant colors of the changing seasons.

Close to Amenities:

This excellent location is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, cycling, and other activities. The nearest shop is within walking distance, and dining options are nearby at the Gondola lift station, as well as a new upscale bistro restaurant opening next to the West lift station. The nearest ski bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, and Levi’s center is about a 5-minute drive.
