Upon entering, a large and calming lounge area opens up, providing access to two upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom. On the middle floor, there is a spacious dining and living area. Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace lounge, and a unique mini-spa. There is also a bedroom and a “Harry Potter bed” under the stairs. The utility room is both stylish and practical – equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying cabinet.

A Mini-Spa That Charms
The heart of the bathing area is a warm swimming pool with a counter-current system for fitness swimming. A ship illusion has been created on the floor next to the pool, and there is also a captain’s illuminated steam sauna – a true spa experience. If you wish, you can cool off in the adjacent 4-degree cold plunge pool. A traditional Finnish sauna crowns the space, and the bathroom features a foot bath where you can alternate between warm and cold water – a refreshing delight.

Kitchen and Technology
The kitchen is located next to the swimming pool and fireplace area. It includes everything you need and more: a large refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, wine cabinets, coffee maker, rice cooker, and much more.

The apartment’s energy use is top-class – geothermal heating provides warmth, and from March to October, the apartment’s own solar power plant generates electricity. A smart charger optimizes solar energy use for charging an electric car. An air-source heat pump adds extra comfort. Location and Functionality
