Light, Warmth, and Space
The architecture of Kairanvalo celebrates northern light. Tall panoramic windows invite in the soft glow of the fell landscape, while the spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen – a perfect setting for togetherness and relaxation.
All five inviting bedrooms are equipped with their own private toilets facilities, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. A total of seven toilets and four bathrooms provide a luxurious level of convenience for up to ten guests.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom (toilet + shower).
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with its own toilet (no shower).
There is also a separate bathroom on the upper floor.
The ground-floor sauna area includes showers and toilet, offering added comfort especially for larger groups, and there is an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.
Every space has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail – natural materials, calming tones, and modern Lapland elegance come together to create a harmonious and high-quality atmosphere.
Experiences and Relaxation
On the lower floor, a private billiard room offers playful evening entertainment. After a day of adventure, unwind in the spacious sauna – a soothing retreat that restores both body and mind.
In summer evenings or under the glow of winter’s northern lights, the 45 m² heated barbecue hut in the courtyard provides the perfect spot for memorable gatherings and dinners by the fire.
From November 2026 onwards, the rental of Villa Kairanvalo will also include a new private, wood-heated outdoor sauna. The gentle warmth, crackling fire, and Lapland’s silence create a truly unique sauna experience in nature – all year round.

The villa includes all modern comforts: air-source heat pump, high-speed 300 Mbit/s Wi-Fi, electric car charging station, and car heating sockets – all included in the rental. A utility room with washing machine, drying cabinet, and well-planned storage makes your stay effortless.
