Villa Hiutale is a stunning log villa for up to nine people.

The villa features an open layout in the living areas, with large windows offering breathtaking Lapland views, which you can comfortably admire while relaxing by the fireplace.

In addition, the villa has two bedrooms downstairs, each with beds for two people. One bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed and the other bedroom has two 80cm wide beds.

The loft accommodates up to five people, with two 80cm wide beds and a 120cm wide sofa bed. There is also a separate bedroom with two 80cm wide beds.

Both the loft and the ground floor have their own toilet, and downstairs features a utility room and a bathroom with a sauna.

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with integrated appliances.

In the villa, there is underfloor heating, air source heat pump (for cooling in summer), 55-inch smart television, wireless 5G internet, Bluetooth Tivoli Audio radio/player, induction cooktop and a lovely terrace (40 m2).

There is a cold storage room as well next to the entrance.

You can ski right outside the villa, and there is only 400 meters to the slopes. The nearest shop and restaurant are also less than 500 meters away.
