Villa Hukka

Welcome to the cosy Villa Hukka in Saariselkä!

This cabin with a loft (42 m² + 20 m²) accommodates 1 to 6 guests and is located in the peaceful Luttorinne area of Saariselkä. The cabin’s location is excellent for hikers, trekkers, skiers, and cyclists, with the illuminated ski track only 100 meters away and the diverse trails of the national park just a stone’s throw away. Villa Hukka is surrounded by the enchanting natural scenery of Lapland and its fells.

Villa Hukka is perfect for four guests. If the travel group includes children, the villa can fit also 6 guests.

The villa features a cozy sauna and bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with a fireplace and firewood for evening gatherings, and a new kitchenette for cooking.

There is a bedroom on the ground floor and two separate sleeping areas in the loft. The bedroom has 2 x 80 cm beds (can be slightly separated if needed). The loft has 2 x 80 cm beds (which can be combined) and a 120 cm bed for one or two people. Additionally, the sofa can be converted into a 140 cm wide bed if needed.

The cabin’s amenities include proper stairs to the loft, a dishwasher, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a drying cabinet for clothes, a hairdryer, two TVs, Wi-Fi, Chromecast, and a well-equipped kitchen. The waste cabinet and storage have bins and instructions for sorting waste, making recycling easy and highly recommended.

The storage room contains four sleds, a new kicksled, and two basic bikes mainly for grocery trips. There is a waxing table and iron for skis, as well. The property has a large yard that can fit multiple cars and one car heater plug.

Experience the changing seasons of Lapland and its breathtaking nature right at your doorstep. The outdoor activities of Saariselkä and the services of the fell village are all within walking distance.

The airport bus runs along Laanilantie. The stop at the Laanilantie/Viskitie intersection is just 500 meters from the cabin. The bus fare is currently 13€ per person.

Pets are allowed, but NOT in the sleeping areas (the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs loft, there is a gate at the bottom of the stairs).
