The highest realized 31-day rolling rental revenues range between €15,100 and €18,400, depending on the unit.
The average realized daily rental rate in Levi Phase I has been €470, corresponding to an average weekly revenue of approximately €3,300.
From mid-December 2025 to mid-February 2026 (immediately after completion), the average occupancy rate of Levi Phase I cabins was 92%.
