The suite is very modernly designed and everything you need has been thought of. The location is close to the center of Levi. I will definitely stay in these suites again when I go to Levi. Also, seeing the Northern Lights for two nights was a wonderful experience. Recommend it |

We stayed January 2026, 3 adults 2 Children, the apartment was stunning and brand new, fabulous location 10 minute walk from south point ski slopes Levi, Generous supply of crockery and plates and glasses, the drying room was so efficient and fabulous to be able to access through an extra door from outside. The sauna perfect with lots of room in the shower area. Would definitely recommend

I would like to express my great happiness with my wonderful stay at Villa Kairanvalo, operated by Hilla Villas, in the beautiful area of Levi, Finland.
The stay was truly exceptional, and the villa itself was luxurious, elegant, and absolutely beautiful, with a dreamlike atmosphere in every detail. The design reflects high-end taste, combining sophistication with warmth and comfort, making you feel completely at ease while surrounded by luxury, tranquility, and nature.
The location is outstanding, offering excellent privacy while remaining conveniently close to Levi’s main attractions, which made the overall experience perfectly balanced.

This cottage is an absolute masterpiece. Fresh, modern, quiet, and perfectly situated.
The location is truly unique – very close to Ruka Ski Resort with plenty of activities, yet still wonderfully remote and peaceful, just a few meters from a small lake. It feels completely private from the moment you arrive.
The cottage itself is finished to a very high standard and extremely well equipped. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Outside, you’ll find a carport, a charming little guesthouse with a sauna, and even an outdoor pool on the terrace.
It was genuinely hard to leave when our stay came to an end. We absolutely loved this place and would come back anytime.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben eine Woche über Weihnachten hier verbracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist sensationell – mitten im Wald, aber direkt neben dem Skigebiet von Ruka. Wir konnten alle Aktivitäten in der Umgebung problemlos erreichen (Huski-Tour, Renttier-Schlittenfahrt, Schneewanderung…). In dem Haus selbst ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick aus den riesigen Fenstern auf Wald/See ist unglaublich. Alles sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Abende auf der Couch neben dem Kamin, den Whirlpool und die Sauna haben wir geliebt. Wir hatten auch das Glück, direkt über dem Haus Nordlichter beobachten zu können. Lina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer für Fragen und Tipps erreichbar.

Het is een lekker ruim huis met 5 slaapkamers waar we ruim met 10 man verbleven. Mooie omgeving, dicht bij het dorp. Mooie grote televisie. Gezellige haard met veel hout. Mooie grote ramen. Ruime eettafel voor 10 man.
