The villa is located near Lake Kesänkijärvi, right by the edge of the Ylläs–Pallas National Park, and the large windows offer stunning views of the fell landscape.
Accommodation
Villa Fellview accommodates up to 8 guests.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms:

one with two single beds
The spacious loft upstairs features four single beds, a dedicated workspace, and an area suitable for stretching or body care.
Living & Amenities
The large windows in the living room bring nature into the interior, and the fireplace creates warmth and atmosphere year‑round. The villa also has an air‑source heat pump for both cooling and heating.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and spending time together easy – it includes high‑quality cookware, tableware, and all essential kitchen utensils.
Additional amenities include:
Private sauna for perfect relaxation
Separate toilet
Washing machine
For families, the villa is equipped with a travel cot, high chair, potty, and a safety gate for the stairs.
Location & Surroundings
The location is peaceful and close to nature.
Cross‑country ski tracks, walking trails, and winter cycling routes start just a few dozen meters away, and the Kesänkijoki River flows nearby.

The finishing of the outdoor areas is still partially incomplete due to nearby construction sites, but the landscaping is estimated to be completed by summer 2026.
