This impressive 240 m² semi-detached villa, set on the peaceful lakeshore of Äkäslompolo, has been created for those who expect more from their holiday than simply accommodation.

Completed in 2023, this exceptional log-built property is finished with natural materials, international-level art, and unobstructed lake views that open directly from the heart of the villa. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite the magic of Lapland indoors, showcasing the changing seasons and the dance of the Northern Lights.

The second floor serves as the social heart of the villa, featuring a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen designed to comfortably accommodate even larger groups. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where a large Novitek Ylläs Collection outdoor hot tub for up to 12 guests awaits. This warm oasis offers the perfect place to relax beneath Lapland’s star-filled sky.

From the balcony on the third floor, magical views open across the lake and toward the distant fells on the horizon—a landscape that quiets the mind and slows the pace. The atmosphere is enhanced by a high-quality Bang & Olufsen sound system, filling the villa with rich, immersive sound.

The Lakeview features five bedrooms, with three located on the first floor and two on the third floor, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests with hotel-level comfort. Each of the three floors has its own WC, ensuring effortless living even for larger groups. The sauna and main shower facilities are located on the first floor, with an additional separate shower room on the third floor.

Every detail has been refined to perfection:
fiber-optic internet, a TV room, underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump, electric vehicle charging, excellent drying facilities, and high-quality appliances—all designed to deliver effortless luxury.
